How are products packaged?
The packaging method depends entirely on your order. For example, prints 8x10 inches or smaller will be packaged and shipped in a rigid cardboard "flat pack" envelope with "Photographs Enclosed, Please Do Not Bend." printed across the front bottom of the envelope. Prints sized 8x12 inches or greater must be shipped in a cardboard tube to ensure their protection during shipment. Badges and greeting cards will be sent within a padded envelop suitable for the size.
Please note these guidelines are subject to change and at times, can depend on the order. For example, there might be a situation in which an 8x10 inch or 8x12 inch print would be rolled and shipped in a tube instead of shipped flat. However, in general, the aforementioned is the typical packing processes followed.

Are there any taxes or charges applied to packages once they cross the border?
Please remember, some countries choose to charge import taxes or other extra shipping charges on packages once they cross the border. Projeto Gallery is not responsible for these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for these charges before placing your order.
Since these types of taxes and charges are subject to change at any time (and often change from day to day), we cannot incorporate these charges into the shipping charge at payment.
What methods are available for shipping?
Projeto Gallery currently offers shipping through either Royal Mail or ParcelForce. During the checkout process you will have the option of selecting different shipping methods.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping times depend on a combination of your location and the shipping options you choose. The methods offered to you are determined by the order and the destination. The options that come up for you are what are available for your order.
The longest an order shipped to an address within the UK should take for delivery is 2 weeks.
Orders shipped outside the UK can sometimes take up to 3 to 6 weeks via normal Royal Mail delivery; depending on the holdup they may receive in customs.
Where can prints be shipped?
Currently, prints can be shipped to just over 100 countries.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary depending on the size of the products being ordered, the type of shipping chosen and where the products are being shipped. You will be shown the shipping charges before the order is submitted, so feel free to go through the checkout process just far enough to get an estimation of shipping charges.
