Where can I check my order status and details?
Projeto Gallery customers (or 'buyers') can check the status and details of their order(s) by accessing the ‘my account’ located to the right of each page.

Can I place an order or speak to a representative over the phone?
Yes, you can call and place orders, or ask questions via our Customer Service line – +44 (0)1535 277 183. Lines are open 9:00am to 4:30pm (GMT), Monday to Sat.

Do I have to buy a frame to get my print?
No, frames are optional. We do however recommend ordering a frame with your print. Ordering frames through Projeto Gallery saves you the time and cost of finding custom framing shops that will frame non-standard size prints. In addition, your print will come framed and ready to hang on the wall.

What method of payments are accepted?
Projeto Gallery currently accepts the following major credit and debit cards only

• PayPal eCheck - (This option may take up to 14 days to process before your order is produce.)
• Postal Order (UK Only)

Please be advised that Projeto Gallery is a UK based company. Therefore all purchases will be processed in the currency GBP. If you are purchasing outside of the UK, a currency conversion fee may be charged by your bank, as well as any other charges that they may apply when making a purchase in a foreign currency (Please check your Bank's Terms of Service package).

Physical goods delivered outside the UK do not include Customs Duty or VAT. Such fees must be paid by the receiver in the country of destination. Such payments are the responsibility of the receiver.

Projeto Gallery does not have the information to assist which import rules and customs regulations apply in your country. As the buyer, you are responsible for finding out all the relevant information and the regulations that apply in your country and also to pay for any customs fees, taxes or duties that may be demanded by authorities in your country.
